The power reversing tractor adopts electronic control hydraulic technology to achieve power cut-off and forward and reverse gear engagement operations of the tractor, which can reduce the labor intensity of the operator to a certain extent. However, the key components of the power steering chassis, such as the wet clutch and hydraulic control valve, have higher requirements for hydraulic oil than mechanical shift tractors. Once inferior oil is used or tractor chassis oil is mixed, it may lead to emulsification and deterioration of the hydraulic oil similar to that shown in Figure 3. Emulsification of hydraulic oil can lead to low transmission efficiency of wet clutches in mild cases, and in severe cases, it may cause serious consequences such as valve block jamming, slippage or even burning of clutch friction plates.
